2. What Data We Collect
Account data: Email address, password (hashed), name if provided.
Usage data: Products generated, styles selected, keyword hints used, download history. This is used to improve our AI models and your experience.
Generated content: Images generated through the Service and associated metadata (prompts, product types, styles). We may use anonymised generation data to improve our LoRA training models.
Billing data: Subscription status, plan type, credit balance. Payment card details are handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored by us.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, session tokens, error logs. Collected automatically for security and debugging.

- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (welcome sequence, billing receipts, service updates)
- To train and improve our AI models using anonymised generation data
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Third-Party Services

- Supabase — database and authentication (EU-hosted)
- Stripe — payment processing
- fal.ai — AI image generation (your prompts are sent to fal.ai)
- OpenAI — Etsy listing copy generation (your product selections and prompts are sent to OpenAI)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery
- Tawk.to — live chat support (optional, only if you initiate a chat)
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns about specific data processing.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated images are stored in our systems for service operation. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@promptlesspress.com.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability (export of your data)

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising tracking cookies. Our live chat provider (Tawk.to) may set cookies if you interact with the chat widget.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
